Cycle 2 for dummies.

So this is the second cycle for me and will probably just cruise afterwards since my test levels are so damn low naturally. this is what I'm looking at:

1-12 test cyp 500mg/wk
1-4 anavar 60mg/day
8-12 tbol 50-60mg/day
13-whenever I start next cycle test cyp 200mg/wk

Height 73", weight 204lbs, bf %14.

Main goal for this cycle is strength, be nice to add size but I'm really looking to deadlift 500lbs and and squat 405lbs.

My diet is nothing special, I eat plenty of protein and carbs. I need to eat more fats, but I'm lazy and don't usually try hard enough.
Maintenance for me is around 2600 cal daily. I'll be eating that, maybe a little more mid way through the cycle not sure.

I am a martial arts instructor and I usually train for 2 hrs in the morning before work, then I go to the gym with a buddy at lunch, so I tend to workout for an hour with a partner than leave so it's one muscle group a day. I run more than the average person, but not whole lot.
Current stats in the gym-these are pr's on a normal last set, not one rep max-
Deadlifts-386lbs
Squats-275lbs
Bench-225

Bench is a little behind mainly because I have long ass arms and I don't train chest enough. I'm obsessed with back and leg training.

Thanks ozzy I'll be getting my tbol through Darius; he just seems to have better orals than other ugl's mainly because I do not have a private source.
 
Trying to lean out out a little, drop some body fat, then go for some extra weight and strength. My thoughts are, take some body fat away lose the gut and then put some tbol with the test for dryer gains. I'm no pro, I could be wrong, but that's what I'm doing for now. Also, I don't have the tbol on hand right now, so there's another reason I'm holding off.

so pinned on Tue, my leg just started feeling normal again today. Wednesday and Thursday it was killer though, so no legs. Been on the liquid anavar from bd supps, only since Tuesday so nothing to report yet. My test is from 24kpharma.
 
Tue workout was back.
Deadlifts 135/10, 225/10, 315/8, 315/6, 385/3.
Lat pulls 150/10, 180/10, 180/8, 200/6, 200/5 last rep was assisted.
Bent over db rows 65/12, 75/10, 85/8, 85/6.
Upright close grip pulls 160/10, 160/10, 180/8, 180/6.

Was pretty neat afterwards

My waist was a 31 at the end of last year And now I'm at 34 - had some shit happen that caused a lot of stress, I lost all motivation for a couple months- so it's just a personal issue. I look at myself in the mirror and I see fat, but everyone else gives me shit for thinking I'm gettin to chubby; Probably just too self conscious about it to think otherwise.

Today was hills and the mats in the morning; then played baseball for three hours... I'm goin to do an off day today haha I'm falling asleep just typing this.
