cycle advice

Hey guys im new to this forum here and wanted some additional advice here. First ill say im 6'3 i am 220lbs and 13% bodyfat, i would say i am lean at my size.

I have done 2 cycles my first one was 8 weeks of test cyp and 4 weeks of dbol. Followed a year later i did a test 400 for 12 weeks, deca for 10 weeks and dbol for the 4 weeks starting the cycle. My diet i eat a clean 4500-5000 calories when on gear.

I gained some really good size went from 210lbs to 240lbs and then went traveling and nearly lost all my mass but kept some lean muscle. What i want for knowledge is i want to do a test-cyp (10 weeks), deca (8 weeks) and dbol (4 weeks) as i know i will gain a good amount of suze but want to know how to follow all that mass whether it be some fat and muscle how to turn it all into rock hard muscle whether it is another cycle or what. I have done some research but it is tough to get a solid answer and everyone needs to start somewhere so please dont post some hate clearly lookingg for some advice :) thank you guys hope to hear from you soon.
