Cycle Advice

Both my wife and I have been very active and are looking to kick things up a notch. I have spent the last few weeks researching, reading threads on multiple forums, and feel pretty confident about my first cycle. This has not gone unnoticed by my wife, who wants to try something to lean her out, increase some muscle (IMO this is more important), in general, a more toned look.

She is of Asian decent, so don't be too shocked by her stats:
25 Years old
4'11"
90lbs
20% bf

Her diet is pretty good, no junk anywhere.

Breaskfast - Eggs + Ancient Grains cereal (or oatmeal)
Lunch - typically leftover dinner
Snack - Whole grain bread with PB
Dinner - chicken breast, veggies, brown rice
Total 1200 Calories

Training:

She started about 2 years ago coming to the gym with me. Started on the treadmill until I got her to start using weights and machines. She got hooked. Unfortunately, due to our alternating work schedules (and she doesn't have a license) she can't get the to the gym anymore. She DOES still workout 5-6x a week doing a high cardio/calisthenics program called BBG. She is so into it she even started a facebook group with other women and does skype calls with them for a group workout session.

Ok, so now that her Bio is out of the way, based on her goals and current condition, what would best suit her? Anavar, Anadrol, or Winny? I've read up on all 3 for females, and they all seem to be a good option, but was hoping experienced users could help her out. She doesn't want to be a BBer, just look better. I included a current image of her.13512106_10154239686837463_3470287986816213562_n.jpg

I am currently leaning towards 25mg per day of Anadrol split in two doses.

Also, if you think the only way she could obtain the physique she is looking for is to hit the weights, then I will tell her to either get a new job or get her license lol. Not being piggish, she hates her job anyway.

We just browsed google and found this image, what she considers ideal.

I'm not experienced enough to give any cycle advise but if she is looking to change her body and build some nice curves, she should certainly hit the weights. I just don't see any other type of exercises building the curves that I'm assuming she wants.

In my opinion, AAS would be a waste of a cycle if she doesn't hit the weights because she most likely won't get the results she wants doing just cardio or even just body-weight exercises.

I would like to think that resistance training is going to be a must for adding some lean body mass. Cardio doesn't build muscle OP... Anavar would help lean her out (on a good diet) and also help add some lbm. Personally I think a change in diet and adding resistance training would have her reach her ideal body if she wants to look like the image you posted...

Thanks for the advice guys and gals. I will be sure to let her know.

Also for those not familiar with BBG it does incorporate resistance training. Mostly bodyweight but some dumbells, kettlebells, medicine ball also. (At least bbg 2.0 does). Its somewhat similar to P90x.

I think getting back to the gym is the best but I am no expert on womans fitness.

@Savagesteve you suggested diet change. I assume more calories? Or are you suggesting a cut?

More calories coming from increasing her protein intake would be my suggestion along with adding weight training other than body weight exercises.

Your wife definitely doesn't need AAS at this point. She's under eating and just to maintain her weight at her current activity level, she should be closer to 1450 in cals. I would boost her protein, good fats and add weight training. She can make big changes just by doing this.
