any thoughts and opinions on my next cycle as follows...
WEEK 1-12...2.1G of test. cyp
WEEK 1-2...100mg a day of Anadrol
WEEK 3-6...50mg a day of Dbol
WEEK 3-12...400mg a week of tren.
WEEK 10-15... 50mg a day of clen
WEEK 1-15...50mg 4x a week of clomid
WEEK 12-15 take creatine daily

I'm debating as to whether I should move the fina up to WEEK 1-10 instead of 3-12...any suggestions?
NOTE: this is NOT a cycle for beginners I have been doing this for a while and have several cycles under my belt...if you are new to AS don't use anything like this cycle.
IMO I believe that only the bare minimum to induce muscle growth should be used and then systematically work your way up to heavier cycles. The less you use the better because your body does not produce a tolerance as quickly to the chemicals and they have a greater effect.
Also, it seems that the few beginners that I know that have decided to just load up with an extreme cycle right off the get go have lost almost everything when they come off (cortisol levels too high?)
However, the ones that have been patient and have progressed over the years seem to keep most of their gains when they come off. As Dorian Yates once said, that bodybuilding is something that is measured in years, not weeks or months.
 
Wow, you must be one huge mother, and done a lot more than a few cycles, if that's the bare minimum it takes for you to gain any muscle.

I doubt you want to add any Tren on top of the 100mg anadrol/day so I'd leave it as is.

actually, I'm not really that huge or anything-I'm about 220lbs 6% bf
a white bigger version of Serge Neubert-because of my symmetry though everyone guesses about 230lbs
this cycle is almost the same as the last only not as much test last time-1.5g of sust. and no anadrol

For those of you who don't know who Serge Neubret is, he was one of the top bodybuilders in the world in the mid '70's, placing second to Arnold at the '75 Olympia. He had great muscle shape, size and symmetry.

I have several cycles under my belt and weigh 240 of course my bf% is not near that low....13% last checked after DNP cycle. But WOW 2000mg a week...glad I still get good gains off 750mg, because that could get expensive :)

BTW 220 at 6% is outstanding!! how tall are you?

I have one question, what benefit do you get from running the clomid 4x q week at 50mg thru the whole cycle?

thats alot of juice bro, I am glad I still get good gaines at 1000mg good stats bro, one question why do you stop the A-bombs then switch to d-bol? why not stick to one or the other, i always ran only one, but shit if you get a different kind of gain I am all for it, let me know I am getting ready to run my cycle and I am starting A-bombs
 
Hugewood I'm 6'1, the reason that I run clomid throughout the cycle is because it helps my balls from loosing so much size...yeah, they still shrink a little but not near as bad...it also helps keep the gyno at bay (though I'm not very dispositioned to it)-Ramboj the reason that I switch is that in my experience the anadrol hit fast and hard...good when I'm waiting for the slow acting test to kick in, the reason that I switch is that after a couple of weeks it just seems to make me tired as hell, the dbol doesn't have that effect.
the anadrol also helps kick the stregth in while waiting for the test, where as the dbol does wonder for the pumps...I'll usually have to terminate a set for the biceps or triceps due to the fact that the pump is so great-still nowhere near failure...this is where negatives come in handy.
2G of test isn't pushing it too much considering that I know people that have ran as much as 4G a week-however their water retention side effects were terrible. I figure that I will go with a little over 2G a week and as for the dbol/anadrol/tren...I think that I have pretty much maxed out on those choices.
 
Would it be better if you ran HCG at like 250iu's a week during the cycle and run Nolva to keep the gynos away, since it does alot better in MHO?

Only wish that one day I'm at 6%.....it's the clean diet thing I have a hard time with :)

never ran HCG so I can't say with certainty-maybe next cycle
not really a big fan of nolvedex because it shuts down some of the cell receptors but it's better than getting gyno (don't use unless I have to)
and I know that I'm going to get fucking burned here but I have a really shitty diet-NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
then how can I maintain 6% bf...1st off I have good genetics to keep bf off...kinda sucks though because it makes me a hard gainer...2nd I'm a firm believer in the fact that the exercise is more important than the diet (HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING) funny but when I weighed 185lbs everyone laughed about HIT but now that I weigh 220lbs those same people are asking for my advice-and now they can pay me like all my other clients

Intensity, considering your size, which is respectable but not overwhelming, I have doubts about your need for 2g's of test a week. And as far as other people using 4g's/week, unless you're talking about a nationals level BB, all I can say about that is some people do the wrong thing. I wouldn't look at what some idiot's doing and think, oh I'm only doing half what he's doing so it's alright.

You're of course welcome to do whatever you want but longevity in this sport depends on moderation.

The 4g's of test isn't that unheard of (or even more) when you're talking about national level and pro bodybuilders. However, there are also many who don't use near that much.

Personally, I've never used more than 1,250mg of Test/week. That, along with 750mg Deca/week and I am as big and hard as I want to be at 225 pounds, 5'7".

Keep in mind, I'm a businessman and no longer competing so I might want more size and use higher dosages if I wanted to compete. But more than that as a recreational bodybuilder, there's really no reason.

I have a bit of an advantage because I live here in So. Cal. and was not only a competitor but was also formerly in business (legitimate :) ) in the bodybuilding arena. Consequently, as an amateur, I have competed with, done business with and know very well people like Flex Wheeler, Jim Quinn (pro, retired about 5 years ago) Mike O'hearn (gladiators etc.) Mike Christian (pro, now retired) Mike Matarazzo (pro, now retired) and others. The newer guys, I don't personally know most of them. I've met Arnold a few times at the Gold's in Venice. This was 10-15 years ago and I can't say enough good things about the guy. I used to love training at Gold's in Venice. All the old machines were still there that Arnold and those guys from the 70's trained on and the place had a character and sense of history that couldn't be beat.

I met Flex Wheeler,here Nor Cal side like 2 weeks ago,.Hes doing allright looked healthy,.I ran into Charless Glass over at Golds in Venice also,.cool bro.

Jim Quinn was a huge mofo,.just too bad he never got recognized.

Although I competed against him and know him, I don't have anything good to say about Flex, other than respect for his genetic gifts.

Jim was one of my favorite's. He was huge and ripped. We've known each other going back about 15 years and I trained along side him a few years ago before he moved away. He was still 275 and couldn't have been over 5% BF, freaky looking guy.

When he got his pro card, it was with the win at the North American championships. He looked great. I asked him how he did it since that was back when they were doing drug testing. He said he lived on Test suspension, stopped just 3 days before the show and tested clean.

I whish we could see some pics of you at your peak MaxRep, if you do not want to show your face just crop the head off like in your avatar. I'm serious, I would really like to see some pics. What did you weigh when you first started training? How long have you been training all told?

I really don't want to hijack Intensity's thread but here's a full size of the same avatar pic and one other. After this, I'll start my own picture thread someday. Cathex, if you want to talk about it more, let's use your picture thread.

I trained for 4 years from 14-17 for high school wrestling which I don't even count. And my weight gain then ( I was 98 pounds in 9th grade ) was due to natural growth. So really training, for about 26 years, from 18 - 43 (now). I weighed about 145 at 18. Did my first cycle at 20 weighing 180. My weight fluctuates now between 210 (off cycle) to 225 (on cycle) at 5'7".
