I just started my 2nd cycle a few weeks ago, but since I started, I haven't been working out like I should or especially eating like I should. I know I need to start and I am going to make myself get back doing what I should today, but what do you guys think about or do that helps keep you motivated? Thanks bros!

Think of the 300 bucks you just spent, if you have to. Really, the motivation should be natural. You should train because you want to. Because you want to be huge. Because you want to be ripped. Because lifting really heavy stuff gets you off. Because it's nice to look better than everyone else. Because it's part of your self.

I am buying a house right now which is kinda stressful, that might be part of it. I am motivated, but it's just hard sometimes to make yourself do whatcha gotta do. You know what, I will try that way of thinking, I have to do this, no looking back, that's all their is to it. Thanks bro.

Gotta back what Grizz says. Your motivation has to come from within. If it isn't something you enjoy, why spend the time and money?

As far as the stress goes, I am sure we all feel it from time to time. But I find the more stress I have in my life, the more I MUST get to the gym to release it. Just leave it all behind in the gym bro. Think of that boss yelling/loan officer/wife/bill collector to push up that last rep. I know after I work out I get a high where hardly anything can get me down.

p.s. Just wondering what your stats are, how long you been lifting and what your cycle is.

We all have lives outside the gym and between work, families/friends and life in general, there will always be periods of stress. So buying a house is no excuse. Otherwise, there's always one excuse after another.

The vast majority of people will never attain a high caliber physique because they don't understand what it takes and even if they do, they are unwilling to do what it takes. Few people have the mental discipline to handle the proper training and eating for the years it takes to build a contest winning physique.

IMO, unless a person has the internal drive, focus and discipline to follow a hard core training/eating/resting program, they're wasting their money taking AAS. They should just eat to be healthy and workout often enough to maintain good physical condition.

I completely agree with you bro! I love working out and staying in shape, it's just that lately it's hard to get back, but I am making myself because I know I will thank myself later. I am 26 years old; 5'7; 160lbs. I have been lifting since I was a teenager, I am currently taking 500 mg/week of test enath and 400mg/week of eq. You know what though, I am using my left over proline gear just in case it was before he turned, should I stop using that gear and change. I have othere gear on hand.

The problem here is in the "it's just that lately it's hard to get back". Why were you out to begin with? Quite frankly, if you haven't been training steadily, then you shouldn't be using the gear anyway.

I'll admit, sometimes it's either lift weights or train for an upcoming fight and I have to chose to train for the fight, so I miss a few days here and there for a month or two, but I've never gone months out of the gym completely.

I am always in the gym, only for the last week I've been out. You know how hard it is to get back into the gym sometimes, right guys? That's all I'm saying. I have been making myself eat all day so far and I AM going to the gym tonight. I can't stand it when I'm not there!
