It,s day 5 of HCG at 1000iu/day, and the boys dropped!!! Woohoo, gonna finish off another 5 at 1000iu/day and start clomid after. A quick summary of my results;
Started at 207...I'm 5'11 and 39 yrs old.
week 1 did a mini front load of test e 500ml and 400ml deca.
week 1 also did 25mg dbol ED.
week 2-7 750 test e , and 400 deca
upped dbol to 30mg for week 2-4
cycle started the end of July and ended the 30th of sept.
Got up to 230 and am now at 220.
week 8 I was going to start winny depot for 3 weeks when I received some valuable info that anavar was also good to do with winny. Then I was helped by a moderator (pm me for his name, great guy), who told me to just use the anavar because the winny will hurt my joints. BTW, I have a screwed up left elbow. So, going against the mods advice, i started the winny and the anavar. By day 2 my elbow was killing me so badly, I couldnt concentrate on lifting heavy. I stopped it and did just the anavar at 40 mg/day. I dropped only 10 pounds but 3-4% bf so far. I could barely see my top set of abs 3 weeks ago, and now the top 2 are clearly defined with set 3 peeking through. Also seeing some striations towards my ribs that I've never seen before.
I started a keto diet with 300 grams of protein, 70 grams of fat, and virtually no carbs. I am going to refeed every 7 days and add creatine. At the end of the month I'm going to bring my carbs up to about 200 g a day and fat down to around 30-45 g/day (mostly from fish). Going to get the right combo of macros for a total calorie intake of about 2100-2200/day.
i'm staying within my 60-70% 1RM range for training and am doing cardio in the mornings on some days and after working out on the others. I'll take some pics in two weeks, I'm eager to see what the new found wealth of info will reveal.
Thanks in advance to all those who helped along the way, it was an awesome cycle. And yes, in case you missed it, I gained 13 pounds of muscle and have held it for 3 weeks now.
