Daily Supplements?

What do you guys take everyday on cycle and off cycle?

Right now all I take is:

-Multivitamin
-Vitamin C
-Fish Oil
-Taurine
-Turmeric
-Zinc
-NAC
 
None..i eat a healthy diet...I admit though many years ago I fell for that sup BS..with or without it I noticed zero difference in muscle growth or how I felt...
 
Fish oil and a daily multi. And I should drop the multi. But it's habit, and it makes my pee a nice yellow.

I like the fish oil though.

Yea, I'm starting to completely feel that way myself. I make sure to have a complete variety in my diet everyday. Always having fruit, veggies, fish, nuts, etc..
 
ZMA and melatonin
Fish oil x2
Multi
Taurine
BCAAs for tasty water :p
Glutamine
Creatine if I'm bulking
Preworkout if I've worked night shift and have a morning lift
Whey combat MP protein
Caffeine and Ephindrine if I'm cutting

Sometimes for 16 weeks at a time I take a little bit of extra stuff too;)
 
Same, B12 and bcaa. If you haven't tried B12 consider giving it a go. A buddy put me onto it. Energy, better sleep quality, healthy appetite. Love the stuff.
 
It's superb and you will love the energy it brings, not a wired energy. Just a good happy feeling. Plus you can cut your injectables with it. Bonus ;)

I concur. I'm looking into injectable carnitine next but dunno about the benefits compared to oral version... Oral version absorbs poorly though. Going to give it a go and see what I think. B12 was well worth the money but it's not like that for everyone.
