How many have experience with this style of bb?? What kinds of results? I am thinking of trying this for myself but would like some real life feedback.

thanks

Justin

It's the only training that I will use from now on. It will kick your ass, no question about it. But if you want size in a hurry....this is your program.

Let me know if you would like any specific questions answered.

In my opinion, I think if you stopped each of the rest pause sets, 1 rep short of failure, and trained more frequently or even more volume, you might get more growth. Remember, the secret of his methods, is not really a secret, he just wants you to eat and eat and eat. Ofcourse, if calories are constantly elevated above maintanence, then size will follow. Especially in his dietary methods, where protein and calories are elevated dramitically. Even on a high volume, heavy training program, you will gain alot of size, if the dietary requirements are high elevated. DC people, flame me if you want, but the secret to gaining size is eating and eating. All the bodybuilders who gain size follows this, no matter if they are on a high volume training program, or low volume. It is called bulking up. People have done it now, and in the past. It is nothing new.

Yea, but how fast do you want to get big....this program will put size on you faster than any other program I have tried. You train your specific bodyparts more frequently instead of hammering the shit out of it once per week.

No question about it, you need alot of food and alot of protein...that is number 1. Then your training, then your rest.

I'm a firm believer in this program, and he trained me personally online.

I would rather gain 40-60 lbs in a year as opposed to 10-25 lbs. Volume training works for some, but not for most.

I put on 21 lbs in 8 weeks with him, and the scale continues to climb still. Bodyfat remained the same.

Anyone who wants to give this program a shot...I can answer questions for you if you have any. Try DC training, you won't be disappointed.

I am glad the training worked for you. Just like high volume not working for everyone, it is the same as low volume. But they both can be effective for all people if utilized in a proper way. When you have loading weeks of high volume and unloading weeks with low volume. You can experience tremendous growth. Alot of people advocate loaded phases followed by unloading all the time. But remember, no training will be effective for serious mass, if the nutrition is not there. If you did not eat following DC methods, you would of not grown, same as in high volume.

Its been shown that this is not the case. I have known him since I got his newsletter 10 years ago. You are grossly oversimplifying things.
Examples:
-His overload principles
-Unique exercises like reverse grip smith machine bench presses (triceps)
, ect.
- Lastly rest pausing like he advocates and the brief but more frequent tearing down and subsequent tissue repair are diametrically opposed to doing more sets.
With that being said I cannot train verbatim like he does or advocates and in fact do a little more volume and dont rest pause (injuries) but have no doubt my gains would be much, much better (like in the past) when I could do balls out rest pause.

I am also doing online pesonal training with DC. In 4weeks I gained 15lbs. fat remained the same. His program is the best that I have used.

Great job bro...15 lbs in four weeks is outstanding and not all that uncommon with DC training. I put more weight on in my first four weeks than I did in my second four weeks. I just got done with my cruise and now I'm blasting again...I could not wait to blast again.

Good luck with the training bro....e-mail or PM me if you want to chat.

Funny you say that. I too am finishing cruising and starting blasting next week. Can't wait for the 2nd round. Hopefully add another 10 to 15 lbs. In your cruising did you maintain most of the weight you gained? I held on to most of it. only down few lbs.

what r your thoughts on starting this method during post cycle recovery...is it too extreme to allow enough recovery time and risk of injury??? or do u feel it would be beneficial

I did maintain most of my weight....I think I dropped 7 lbs. or so...but that was mostly water weight. I leaned up real nice in those two weeks also. Right now I'm in my second week of the second blast, and my strength is already surpassed that of the first blast.

I'm looking to add 15-20lbs or so in this second blast....it's a little ambitious but that's my goal. Will probably do the full 8 week blast...we'll see how the joints feel in about week 6, then I'll decide if I want to go to week 8 or stop at week 6 or 7.

Good luck with your second blast....keep me posted.

Well cruising is like post cycle. the method is still used except only with straight sets instead of rest/pause sets. Its definatly beneficial, it allows plenty of rest and recovery and gets you ready for your next cycle.

You can use alot of the principles just dont go apeshit-ie forced reps, ect.
Use your judgement.
