how’s it going boys quick question , love Dave’s seeds and I have a 5.25 oz bag of original seeds , the nutrition says 190 calories per serving and 430 per container. Then says (about 2 servings per container) but 190 times 2 is 380... so I’m lost is there actually more than 430 calories in this bag of seeds ...

Shouldn’t the front of the bag say exactly how many grams/oz there are most state the exact weight. Based on the nutrition info just take the 30g serving size and devide by the weight in grams by 30 to get the exact servings

Yup. But they use serving sizes with no decimals so you get shit like “about 2” instead of 2.3.
