Ok, so i just started my first cycle today. I took the advice given to me and left the deca alone for now. I take 25mg dbol ED 5 mg tablets and 250mg Test Cyp twice EW. This afternoon i took 3 (15mg) dbol 1.5 hr before my workout with food. It was leg day, and i noticed extremely intense pumps or were they cramps? I had to hop off the ham curls early because i thought my hamstrings were going to tear. Is this normal? and im going to take my other two tabs of the day right now which is 5 pm here EST. Is this a good way to take my dbol? Has anyone else experienced the cramps/pumps? And will they subside? Should i work through them?

It seams every cycle I do I get cramps.
I started eating more bananas and potatoes for the potassium.
Cramps go away and stay gone.
U can also get potassium pills.

I drink pure coconut water as it is loaded with potasium and magnisum. I take at leat a gram of Taurine too and that helps with pumps. I was using 40mg of Bio's Var and the pumps were just too fukin intense I had to back it down to 30 to survice a workout. Of course I was on the injects too and that will also give the back cramps.

I agree with you on the "coconut water" I would cramp off cycle doing abs at the end of my workouts bad, I sweat alot when I train. The CW is an amazing thing.

Speaking about Dbol I havent done it in about 4 years. I do remember how it makes me feel and look. BUT! It should kick in tomorrow I took 20mg today i will do 30mg ED 4W. And have you guys ever seen imprint SX on these little pink dbols 10 mg?

Make sure you're getting plenty of Water, and you need those Electrolytes. Potassium and Coconut water are good, don't forget the Magnesium (needed for proper muscle contraction), also I take Trace Minerals in the morning (Concentrace Trace Minerals), can be found at any good Supplement Store (Vit. Shoppe, Amazon). It keeps the Bodies Ph in balance (Alkaline). They contain, Magnesium, Chloride, Sodium, Potassium, Boron, Lithium, and Sulfate. You can also find certain Liquid Vitamins that have these already added. This will take care of the Cramping in your Muscles.
