I have decided to create a log detailing my experiences with my current drug protocol and to have a place where others can read and contribute to my progress. I have also hired a coach who has experience coaching IFBB bodybuilders and am mostly following his recommendations for drugs, diet, supplementation, and training.
I am 5'10", currently 195 at about 12% body fat. I am running all @Pharmacom Labs gear and am running Genotropin from @Turkish Pharmacy. I will be taking bloods soon and posting them here as well. The goal is to hit 215-220 at 8% by around the start of 2018.
Current protocol:
250mg Test E a week
400mg Tren A a week
400mg Mast P a week
300mg EQ a week (collagen synthesis only)
ECA 1-2 times a day
25mcg T3
2iu Genotropin every morning
I will be running the Genotropin at 2iu a day for a month, then upping to 3iu for a month, then settling at 4iu a day for as long as I can afford it. I have been on the HGH for 4 days now. Insulin will most likely be incorporated after I reach 7-8% body fat range and begin my bulk phase.
Diet:
2900 calories
86g Fat
202g Carbs
300g Protein
Training:
Weights 4 times a week focusing on contraction of the muscle. LISS cardio 4 times a week 30-45 minutes each session.
