Deca for joint relief

I am looking to add Deca to my next cycle for the joint relief. 15 years in construction as a fitter is hard on shoulders elbows and knees. What is the lowest dose I can take to get the benefits?

Cycle that i will add it too is currently
500mg Test E split 250/250 16 weeks
Dbol 50mg ED first 4 weeks split 25/25
Adex .5mg EOD while using dbol

Thanks I will adjust it as recommended, even if it means doing a test / deca split like 300/300 mon/thurs.
 
I was running npp to start and later on deca, but i still stand by this as fact. I had severe crippling tendinitis in both elbows, tendons on fire it seemed.

Shutting my truck door wrong could cause a flare up bad enough to want to have my arm in a sling.

I used ice sleeves after workouts and used them for 2 to 3 hours some times. Heat was a no go for me. Made it worse. Pain meds were a no go as well as i don't take them, ever. Just otc aleve and the like.

Ran npp for about 4 months at low dose...200/wk i think. After a month i could tell i was getting better but by the time i ran out of npp it was 90 percent better. Ran some deca my next cycle and that kicked it.

I still watch how i use my elbows. I modify things to better suit the natural joint movement so as not to aggravate them. But i haven't had a reoccurrence yet and that was 3 or so years ago.

I may have to keep that in mind, I've been having flare ups the last couple months.

One thing that has always helped me though, is just working my forearms. At one point I think I was wrist curling more than I was biceps curling. Lol.

Slow negatives and a lot of band work as well. I'll see if I can dig some videos up that cover some of what I've done in years past.
 
Thanks man makes me feel better. I do not have access to NPP but can get Deca. I will just do a split 300/300 for a full cycle to get these joints feeling better. Will update how everything goes.
 
Just to add in some personal experience, deca definitely helps but personally, eq/boldenone works better for any nagging injury. YMMV but just thought i’d chime in.
 
Im going to run 10 weeks of deca at 300mg weekly stacked with 300mg test e. I am going to keep a few bottles on hand incase this happens again. Another question I have is getting rid of this abdominal fat. Adding a low dose Anavar to the test/deca cycle help? If its recommended do you need to run an AI with it like DBol? I will not be taking Dbol again that shit is brutal even at 25Mg a day. Makes me feel like im going yo die.
