Full of questions
Im a 35 male Ive always has been somewhat stocky, Im 5foot 8 inches tall and about 158 lbs.
About 5 month ago I was right at 200 lbs so I cut back and watched what I ate also changed my eating habits. Started eating smaller meals 6 times a day to raise my metabolism and started lifting and treadmill running, Worked good and lost a good amount of fat. I was a 36 waste size now in a 31/32 and i feel a lot better. . But also lost muscle in the process. So Ive been lifting and showing some small progress. I eat good amount of protein and carbs drink my whey powder and suck down my crietine. Lift 4 times a week , Monday (chest and tri) wed (legs) thurs (back and bi) fri (shoulders and abbs) and like I said I show some progress but I would like to see it a little quicker, Im not at all wanting to be arnold nor am I wanting to bulk up over night I just want to see good quality and little better than normal size gains so I dont feel like im wasting my time. So here is the question. Ive never taken any roids at all. But considering it. After searching the Internet Ive came to the conclusion that the best one to take would be Deca Durabolin in a easy cycle of about 8-10 weeks about 200mg every week. And this being my first time Im not about to stack anything. So the single sounds good to me. From what I understand the deca is somewhat safe compared to the other roids. Ive noticed some cycles includes Clomid or Nolvadex to keep down the estrogen levels. Is the Clomid or Nolvadex a good idea. And is the deca cycle a good cycle to do as a beginner? Also where to inject it and how deep? Where is the best place to get it. And are there any drug interactions to any other drugs. Im concerned because I take xanax for anxiety and have been on prozac in the past for OCD. And please let me know if anyone has done a similar cycle as a beginner and how it went and what to expect.
