Decade long lurker, new member

Hey y'all.

Been lurking here around the forums for nearly a decade at this point, I think. Figured I'd finally actually make an account and contribute a bit now that I've got some experience and personal anecdotes to spare. In my 30's, been lifting for nearly 20 years now with a break over C19 that put me in a pretty poor state of health. Turned it around pretty quick afterwards, luckily. Thank you, muscle memory. Just trying to get in the best possible shape to look and perform. Considering doing some Hyrox type shit, too. I'm not the competing type usually, but it's a good way to keep HIIT cardio on my priority list

I'm here to interact with some like-minded individuals, learn what I can, and share what I can.
