Every time I play basketball outdoors...I get to a point that I feel like im going to pass out.. I will be playing a few games and then I hit a wall where my legs tremble and I feel dissy ....do u think it is dehydration or something cardiovasular?
Everytime I play it is after a workout or 2 so it has to be dehydration right?
I am very nervouse because I def lack aerobic conditioning..im ok with long
stints on the eliptical...but sprints kill me...I have never been like this before
it has always been the opposite for me so I am nervouse.
Any suggestions/comments?
