Deload for a month?

I'm thinking about lifting light weight and volume for a month. Just feeling beat up the last couple weeks. No real injuries just sore. I lift heavy with moderate volume each body part twice a week. I'm thinking about benching 5x10, chin ups etc. twice a week and that's it for the month
I'll also up my cardio

I would do total body workout- if you're planning on deload for a month. The body has a knack of "if you don't use it, you lose it" thingy... High Rep and low weight will do the trick!
