Are you taking any AI? I would let the E2 run way higher than that unless you feel hard sides.

I would not take it and retest just E2. It is borderline low even more when it is not an ultra sensitive test.
Since you are taking a moderate dose, I think without any AI your E2 will still be moderately higher and you will get better results overall. But up to you.
