Dialing in aromasin

Just a little bit confused on how to dose this stuff, sick of adex and want something more stable. From the studies I’ve read it sounds like e2 reaches maximum suppression 2-3 days after dosing and stays like that for 4-5 days. I’m wondering if the effects then aren’t immediate cus last time I took it I felt like I had low e2 symptoms 4 days after dosing. It also feels like adex works much faster. Essentially I’m wondering how long it takes to start working and around how long the effects last for? If I was taking .25 adex twice a week would 6.25mg asin twice a week be a good place to start?

On 150mg test e with 650mg deca, e2 only mildly elevated on bloods but if I don’t take ai I become an anxious depressed woman on her period.

When my e2 gets out of wack on 19 nors I literally become psychotic. It’s way easier to manage e2 on tren and nandrolone when I keep the test low. Also the low androgenic side effect profile of nandrolone is a nice bonus.

I've found exemestane to do most of its thing by hour 12. I don't think there is anything stable about it. I only dose it when I'm 100% sure I have high e2 because it works so fast. The most stable approach I've found for myself is to use primo and test 1:1 and no AI. Seems to work fine. I could never get e2 dialed in for very long with AIs.

Yea I prefer primo too for e2 management it’s just a pain in the ass to dial in and adjust. Last time I ran it I was using a good amount more of test so it was easier to not crash my e2. Adex works well for 2-3 days then it feels like high e2 sides come back worse than before which is annoying to deal with so I thought asin would be more stable cus it’s a suicidal inhibitor.

I am aware that tren is a derivative of nandrolone and that deca is nandrolone attached to a decanoate ester
