Would you please give me your diet (in a macronutrient breakdown) that you follow while on DNP? Please include your weight.

dnp diet

i'm interested also. never used DNP but plan to run it for next cutup once i get things back on track. from what i've heard, it's so powerful that many don't even go out of their way to eat low fat/low cal!!? lots and lots of water though i do know for sure. more insight please from anyone of great knowledge and experience in this field.

I dont even bother counting while on DNP. its gonna burn fat no matter what you eat. i keep my protein high high. Keep your diet clean.... I use fruit to do it. The more complex the carbs, the more you will feel DNP burning you up. Read -H- 's post on how not to fuck up DNP. Lemme know if i can help you all out anymore.
