Start with 40min cardio 5 days a week.............You need to get the matabolism fired up. I recommend a good liquid vitamin(balanced essentials). The vit will help the matabolism.
Start eating small meals every 2-3 hours. Protien rich, low carb, low fat. Try eating 2400 cal one day and the next drop it to 1300. This will keep the body in confusion and out of starvation.
Remember non-fat product are loaded with sugar..stay away. Go low fat!
Stay away from all breads, yellow cheese, rice, pasta...High Glycemic
High glycemic=fat stoage=lipogenesis=accelerated atherosclerosis=glycation of proteins
Eat lots of berries, moderate amount of almonds, lots of veggies.........Stay away from tropical fruit.
Lots of chicken, fish, and some beef.
Look for good fats Omega-3, Omega-9 (avacado, orgnic peanut butter, olive oil..Ect
I could lay it out there but don't have the time..this should help alot.........Remember, all the aas in the world is not going to make up for a poor diet. Diet is 70% IMO
