Guys Ive been in a slump for the last two weeks and I can't seem to get out of it. Ive gone ten weeks without any major problems but a few weeks ago something happen, I can't seem to say on my diet. I jump on the cardio machine and mins later Im on my way home. My eatting is all fucked up and the only thing that happen was people started to tell me that I was getting ripped. Im only down to 10-11% bf and I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks now. I need a kick in the ass and some kind words to help me get the ball on the road. This "little guy feeling" is really messing with my head. HELP!!
