Hey Guys I have been trying different diets and would like your opinions on my diet to date and any suggestions.
Breakfast 4.30am...... 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg. Apple or banana. Or 2 Wheat Bix with 1/2 cup oats with fruit.
Protein Shake 6am
Moring Tea 9am...... Tuna with Fruit Or Chicken on Whole meal Taco w/ lettuce. X2
Lunch 12pm...... Steak with veg and potato Or Chicken Breast in a wrap with salad Or Pasta with tomato base sauce.
Pre Workout Meal 3pm...... Chicken or steak again w/ Protein Shake.
Dinner 7pm...... Pasta,Chicken, Steak, Salad etc and Protein Shake before bed.
Im currently training 3 nighs a week...Im taking Optimun Nutrition NOZ before training and having Omega 3 Fish Oil tabs with a Daily multi vitamin and Glusomine every night. In 9 months I have gained approx 7 kg's of muscle. Im now 97kg's.
