If trying to gain and and stay cut what's better diet wise quality or quantity? Is 4000 cals of not all clean food better than 2500 cals of clean healthy food? As for gear I'm running 300mg test cyp 500 EQ and 300 deca ow I'm on week 5 of cycle goals are strength gains joint relief and bigger cut muscles I'm smaller and want to stay with 20lbs of my weight class ive put on 10lbs but it's not as clean cut as I would like
