diff between Proviron and Nolvadex

Can anyone explain the diffrence between Provrion and Nolvadex? I know the are very similar and used for the same things, but what is the exact difference?

Proviron is an androgen that can be used to prevent the conversion of test to estrogen, and Nolva is an estrogen used to block estrogen receptors to keep estrogen from binding to them.

Arimidex is a better choice for the prevention of test conversion than Proviron though.
