Dish soap?

Hi,

I dished a media bottle with dish soap and then flushed in lots of water and then put in the oven in 170C for 1 hour, then when the bottle cooled off it was used it as receiverbottle when filtration. The first injection got some pip could it be cause there is rests of the dish soap left?

Now I have a sterile mediabottle and if I filtrate again will that filtration take away the pip if it's the dish soap that causing the pip? And could it really be cause some dish soap left? If it can I'm happy for any tips.
Regards,

I brew testo E and the recipe is 2% BA, 20 %BB, GSO. There was one that said that dish soap can irritate the muscle but on the other hand I don't think a tiny amount would cause that. Or what do you think?

Filtrate again down to a steril media bottle or?
I think if it was that dish soap the pain should have come direct with the injection but it didn't come until next day.

The bottle I have now is autoclaved.
So I hope a second filtration will take care of the pip.
What do you think?

If you have brewed in the bottle before you have to wash it out really well, if not you will have residue from your previous batch still stuck to the sides of the vial. Once its thoroughly cleaned then you can clave it.

When you put the media bottle in the clave, close the cap then loosen it half way so the heat and steam can get inside.

You don't need so much bb.
I run my test E 1% ba,
Bb at 5% test e is easy to keep suspended. The high concintration could be your problem!!
