Dite while on Test!

Hello guys~
I'm on my first cycle of Test Cyp 500mg / 12weeks
B12-1000mg ed
Hgc-200iu ed
Nolva 20mg ed
Armidex 0.5 eod

and my diets are~

1 meal:
cup of OJ
1 Chicken Breast( about size of fist) 6 fish oil
cup of yogurt 1 animal pack
two whole eggs
two whole wheat bread

2 meal:
1 97% ground beef(about siz of fist) 5 flex oil
one big banana
protein shake with milk 50g protein

3 meal:
MRP 42g protein 24g carb (with water)

4 meal:
1 chicken breast
1 big yam

5 meal:
MRP 14g fat olive oil

6 meal:
peanut butter sandwhich
two ready pack oatmeal 14g fat olive oil
cup of 1% milk

7 meal:
four whole eggs
four slice of turkey ham

8 meal:
1 beef
one large banana
one large yam 14g fat olive oil11

9 meal:
MRP

10 meal
Casin protein shake 50g 8 fish oil


Am i taking too much protein? what should i fix?
Please let me know!!!

oh~ I work out 7days a week chest back leg shoulder bi tri leg
and 90 min cardio everyday...
Im 5 10" 200pound
have no idea what my bf is~~

Ill tell ya what That is one massive diet. If you want to bulk I dont see why you would'nt with that diet. But you dont need to train every day. 5 days, each body part twice a week. You would probably respond better. Or at least take a day off.

Now if you want to bulk up I'd cut the Cardio right down to something like 30 mins 3 times a week. When your bodybuilding train to faliure, take a look at the 5*5 in the training forum and each workout should'nt last longer than an hour. You dont want to be overtraining. Less is more as long as your doing it properly. Mainly if you want to get big you dont want to be doing that much cardio. I know you didnt ask me about the Training and if you already knew about the 5*5 just tell me to shut the fuck up;) :D

Nolva 20mg ed Drop the nolva, you wont need it with the adex in there, lowers IGF-1 production anyway.

Add a good fat here, fish oils over flax, the Omega 3 profile is much better.

4 meal:
1 chicken breast
1 big yam
Add a good fat here.

5 meal:
MRP 14g fat olive oil

6 meal:
peanut butter sandwhich
two ready pack oatmeal 14g fat olive oil
cup of 1% milk
Swap the peanut butter sandwich with a protein. Not only that but unless you are using natural peanut butter you are taking in hydrogenated oils in that peanut butter and thats not good. Peanut butter sandwich is an incomplete protein and if you are doing it for fat purposes the olive oil would be a better pick.

7 meal:

8 meal:
1 beef

Id drop the banana here.

9 meal:
MRP

10 meal

I think 90 minutes of cardio is too much.
If you are gaining more than 2 lbs a week then drop the food cals but leave the ratio alone.
How often do you do each bodypart?

i only train one body part per week except for legs like i said before~!
I can't drop cardio tho~ cause that is my Martial art training ^,^
I was wondering if it would be okay for me to add clen in my cycle........
so i could loose some fat and gain muscle at the same time? I don't think it's good idea,but never konw~!~!~!
