I like it at a low dose, but I am fairly stim sensitive. Still have 1/4 bottle of the old AI Motivate that icontains DMAA, ashwaganda, and a dab of caffeine. 1-2 caps gives me a little boost, effects are shorter than caffeine and no crash at low dose. Used to take it when I worked out at night so I could still sleep later.
Agree though, Some stuff is dosed so high it can feel like crack. No bueno for me.
It didn't feel much different than caffeine to me... I actually thought it felt less intense than a big caffeine dose. Kind of felt a little more clear headed in a way. I don't think anyone would really be able to tell the difference if you gave them a PWO with dmaa and one with caffeine.
Yea kinda figured what you guys said. I don't even take pwo anymore. Just jacks my heart rate up too much and ruins my workouts. Ran across this and was curious. I'll pass though. Thx for the insight dudes.
It definitely feels stronger than caffeine, and different too....but I guess u could say I’m a stim connoisseur. I prefer EC stack, but I’ve used many tubs of preworkout with dmaa in it, as well as Dmha. My only real negative is sometimes there’s a crash afterwards
I loved it. It will make you really tired when it wears off though.
Body gets used to it fast so tolerancewise it's bad since I got a good effect from 50mg but after a week or 2 I had to take a lot more.
