I've read it shifts water internally with widespread vasodilation to deal with the effects of the drug. Please do not take diuretics on DNP. Not only would it not be entirely effective (as you say) but I believe it'd also be a dangerous combination.
I'd think diet will contribute, even if you are in a deficit / have an increased BMR. Either way, it goes away on its own quick enough.
Right, going off the mechanism in the last post, I wouldn't bet on influencing it to any major degree. Just that smaller contributors to it (high carb diet, bloaty foods, indigestion) might all have a factor. I don't think it's a result of t4/t3 conversion or levels. Time is your friend here! Just wait until you're off and keep diet in check until then. For the time being, you're sweaty, yellow, smelly, and two steps away from death anyhow.. so why not add bloated?
INo, while I know can take safe dosages and probably not die, the risk for peripheral neuropathy and the lethargy I decided isn't worth it to me. If I could manage a productive work day and not have to worry about nerve damage, I think I'd be a fan. But I tried to read a bit about it at length, the best fat burning compound, worth a look at least...
Unlike some other drugs, I understand it's not body weight dependent. It's also individually variable, but Cutting & Tanner's results showed an average of 11% increase per 100mg of pure DNP. With sodium dnp ("crystal") you can expect a little less. Given the variability, it's best to underestimate with 11% per 200mg of crystal as a guideline, instead of miscalculating a deficit. Put a lot of effort into the diet, if you're going to be taking something so potent, you might as well make the most of it and minimize the time on / dosages
