DNP blood results--again

DNP had no evident effect on my liver.

Just finished 10 days on DNP. Had blood work done immediately before starting. Went 10 days at 400mg/day (couple of days at 600mg/day). Lost 8 lbs of fat. Blood work the 7 days after finishing the cycle. Everything was fine. I was especially interested in the liver values but they were basically the same as before the DNP. btw, tests included, liver, kidney, heart, cbc, thyroid, and misc.
 
I use Healthcheck USA for my blood work. (www.healthcheckusa.com) Got the VIP+ combo both times. Test was not measured because I also take 500mg test/week continuously.

Weight continued to drop and I seemed to lean up for about 5 days after stopping so I guess at that point the water was all gone.

I'm not claiming to be an expert on the supps but since all my blood work was great that at least means something. What I took is below. Cost was less than $50 for supps and heretic's DNP at $0.90/200mg

2g vit. C
1 multivitamin (without iron)
1g magnesium
1g ALA
600mg silymarin
3g fish oil (omega-3)
3tbl flax oil

looks good bro, I just need the ala and I'm going to start a cycle tomorrow, so I wanted to make sure I had everything. Congrats again, and good to hear it was heretic's dnp. wisdom

Yea good job and its a hell of a way to keep your body safe. That takes a lot of work and dedication. I use to take ALA but I somehow got off track and started to use it very sparcely. GJ and good work.

For diet I just maintain my normal diet of moderate carbs and 200g protein/day. DNP causes real carb cravings so I find even keeping them down to normal levels is hard. If I go more than about 2 hours without carbs, while on DNP, my energy level really crashes. For exercise I just do 30-35 mins of cardio while on DNP. Personally I don't think muscles will respond much while on DNP anyway so I don't lift. Besides, I think 10-14 days without weights is fine from time to time. Gives the joints a chance to rest.

Thanks for your responses bro, sorry if I'm a pain it the ass. Just started today at 200 mg, not too much to speak of yet, but I'll keep you guys updated.
 
Ive thought about DNP but not quite sure yet. I mean everyone seems to tell the amazing results of this stuff but I can get the same way if I diet really well. Just scared that Ill mess up or something i fig. Good luck on your cycle Wisdom

I dont seem to get results like i do with DNP if i just diet really well. My bodyfat will drop so slow. Even with DNP, I still need to diet to see good results. Ive done over 10 dnp cycles. been using since the summer of 2001. I plan on using it again very soon while its cold outside.

Thanks bro, I appreciate it. I was kind of skeptical at first, but I'm going to keep my doses very low over 10-14 days, so hopefully I'll be fine. I'll definately let you know how it works out for me, so you have some good feedback in case you do try it. wisdom

i wouldnt use it for more than 7-8 days.

hmmm, well considering I am only taking 200mg per day for the duration, and the fact that I'm 235lbs it really isn't a lot of dnp. But, I'll look into it further, and if you have any links post em up. Thanks for the advice. wisdom
 
I've never gotten the good results with the 200mg 14day cycle

My best results came from 600mg ed 7days

plan to start another one soon.

Current stats 5'9" 191lb @ 8.5% blood work was great!!!

Just finished a cycle and want my natural test levels to come back before I start.

yes the higher dose shorter cycles are more effective.

you're 8.5% and you want to use more DNP? how high was your BF before you began using DNP and how many cycles did it take you to reach 8.5%? or are you naturally lean?

BTW, i dont think DNP effects your test levels much.
