hi everyone, this is my first post here, ive sent out a pm to conciliator but not sure it was sent properly so if you could help it be very appreciated.
i started DNP 200mg on day 1 then 400mg then on but only for 5 days as the sides were really bad. ive lost alot of glycogen from the muscles, how long should i wait before the carb up. i read that the half life is 36 hours and ive been off for 2 days now. also interested in the anabolic rebound although i suspect that its just glycogen super compensation or replenishment. i dint think ive lost muscle as im test and tren on pretty heavy doses also clen. also read that the glycogen replenishment from the heavy carb up has helped people get fuller and bigger than before the cycle due to the super compensation and mitochondria density being increased but not sure how true it is. also how long would it be bfore the water retention from DNP clears up, would it be wise to wait for the water to clear first before i carb up? would really appreciate some replies especially from conciliator if possible.
