DNP Cardio & Lifting Questions

I am on a cycle right now, day 5, at 500mg ED. My question is, last week before I started, I started riding the stationary bike for my cardio. At first 4 miles was pretty hard (when I wasnt on DNP) and I just sucked it up and tried to go farther and farther every day. Well, it is day 5, and tonight I was able to bike 8 miles keeping my HR at ~165bpm, but I could sing and hold a conversation the whole time I was doing it. Now it took me like 30-35 minutes to do all 8 miles, but like I said it did not feel like it was very hard. Should I tone it down on the cardio?

Also, I have been keeping my weights up in the weight room, I have noticed my endurance kind of go down, but not too unbearable. But I have been keeping the weight heavy, really using them.

Diet is another question. I was sick for a few months and wasnt able to really eat much, as a result, i have lost all craving for junk food or fast food, or really anything unhealthy. The problem is it also has made it to where I cannot eat as much food as I used to. I can eat 1/2lb of steak and be absolutely STUFFED, which has resulting in me getting less calories. I have been trying to get more calories by drinking protein shakes with 2% milk. But I am still only getting aroun 1500-2000 calories a day. Should I bump them up as well?

Sorry for the essay fellas

welp, I am doing good so far. I think I was hitting the cardio a bit too much but to be honest I never really did much cardio on the machines like that so I didnt really know how much is good. So far everything is going great. D's stuff is the best, I got before and afters coming as well fellas

Less is more when it comes to cardio, on or off DNP.

I don't think being on DNP is too much different than being off of it when it comes to cutting. Keeps the weights moderately heavy, don't overeat (or undereat), up your water intake to Atlantic proportions, and run it with EC. That will keep the hunger down and give you energy.

You really just have to make yourself eat, too. I wouldn't go below 2500 calories a day. That's just asking for lethargy, and for your muscle to be eaten away.

Easting 2500 would be a CHORE lol I really have no appetite for shitty foods after not really being able to eat anything for a month. Its only been 6 days and the difference is very very noticeable, I am even getting compliments already, in the past it has taken a few days after I was dont for it to really show and I still have a bit to go I am excited. I could be experiencing some noob loses, its been about year since I have been healthy enough to hit the gym. A series of stomach infections, and surgeries prevented me from being in the gym consistently for about a a year and a half.

I was experiencing some diarrhea but quickly took care of it with some V8 splash. I was drinking enough water, but I was replenishing my electrolytes very well. The has been taken care of though. Thats what I love about research though, when you run into problems you already know how to fix it.

The cardio question was a little premature, It took a few days to get lethargic, for the first few days I had energy out the ass and I could feel the DNP working with the sweating and heat, but I wasnt getting out of breath or getting tired...EVER. Now its a little different and I cut down on my workload. I cant wait to post up pics for you fellas.

DNP is protein sparing..
You should not be very worried about a depletion of muscle mass. You don't need to eat more, just make sure the calories you are getting are coming mostly from protein.

The reason DNP is muscle sparing is because it suppresses T3. Getting your calories 'mostly' from protein sounds unnecessary and unpleasant while on DNP.

Bicycling 8 miles per day on 1500 calories won't just probably negate the anticatabolic effect of DNP, it's dangerous. This stuff isn't candy.

I realize this, but it isnt as hard as it sounds. I am making sure that I am well hydrated and that I am not putting too much effort into the 8 miles. I have the resistance set decently low, and I have also been eating more calories. Started Sunday, 1 cap a day until Wen, then bumped it up to 2 ED, and didnt workout Sat or Sunday to get a break, down 6 lbs so far.

I realize its dangerous, but I have done my homework. My question was initially asked because I was able to do some very heavy cardio while not feeling tired AT ALL, like to the point where I was concerned because I previously couldnt do it while I was NOT on the drug. So Basically I was asking if it isnt really taxing, why shouldnt I do that amount?

Like I said, upped the calories, been keeping the weights heavy, lots of protein, and been keeping hydrated and keeping my supplements going

Sorry fellas, this cut has pretty much been consuming me. In the past I used DNP as a kick start to a specific diet I had wrote up for x amount of time to drop x amount of weight. I have failed and failed and failed, even when I have a 10-15lb head start. I went back to the drawing board and made lifestyle changes and its different now.
I started at 245lbs on November 28th, I am now at 206lbs as of today.

I managed to get my eating habits in check and I am losing a healthy 2lbs a week EVERY week, and now instead of running a full fledged cycle at a higher dose, I supplement the DNP in every 2-3 weeks for 1 week at 250mgs ED. So sometimes One week I will lose 2lbs, the next I might lose 3-4lbs, then a little more the next week just from the carryover of getting it out of my system.

While its not the most radical change in a short amount of time, I have found with many different cycles, that even though more is better, its impractical to keep up for 2 weeks or even at 1 week at a higher dosage when you have a busy lifestyle. When I am at a higher dosage I can barely sleep, I have no energy, and I feel like shit...granted some of those can be alleviated through your diet. But for me, not the way I need to go.

When I started I said I want to be 170lbs, so I had to lose 75lbs. Theres no "quick" way to lose that much weight so I did it the right way and I must say the DNP has been my best friend so far. I will post some pics later maybe tomorrow to show what kind of progress I have made.

Sorry for the essay fellas just cluing u all in

First of all no source talk. EVER.

Im on my second run of DNP. My first run was tough. 200 ed for 4 days then 400 ed for 5 days then 600 for one day and that 10th day KILLED ME.

Now on my second run I started at 400 ed for 4 days 600 for 3 days and now Im at 800. The 600 gave me night sweats but thats about it. Well I am tired. I tried to help a friend move a piano (size of a baby grand) the other day and when I placed it back on the floor (traveled for about 15 feet I almost passed out. I got light headed, started loosing my hearing, heavy heavy breathing and crackling sound in my head. Crazy!

I was good for about 4 days then it hit me. Just be careful. Dont try to over do it, you wont win. You may even have a syncopal episode and that is no fun.

I eat a lot of carbs. If I dont the sides increase and I begin to feel like I'm not going to make it. I noticed that when I eat a good amount of food I'm ok and I'm still loosing lbs. It could just be me but I'm big 260lbs 6'5 bf in the mid teens.

That's my 2 cents. my first run I lost 10 to 12 lbs in 10 days. I ate like I always eat. No real change. This time around I'm not on top of my eating as much but I'm still loosing even while bloated.

First of all man you need to get your diet in check. If you aint losing without DNP wait until you are. Use it as a tool not a crutch. Secondly, personally I think you are going too high. Why suffer like that when you can change your diet and lower the dose and not mess with the side effects that to me, get exponentially greater the higher the dosage goes. I did a 7 day cycle at 250mg ed and lost 5lbs. Barely knew I was on it.

Good suggestion.

My only side is night sweats and I'm tired on exertion. After this week I should be down to 250 255. at that weight my BF should be between 9 and 12%. I'm good at that weight. Then the cardio kicks in (after Im off DNP) and I should be able to reach about 6% on a ECA stack.

Thanks for the suggestion though. Ill let you know how it goes. I have before pics. I'll take some after pics. BTW I havent done any cadio or lifting on this DNP. My rebound is CRAZY. I'll post them.
