First and foremost. The DNP I was using was the Dinitro blend. I highly recommend if you do choose to indulge in the usage of DNP to go with the Dinitro blend. I have ran a previous cycle of DNP before doing 2 pills for 14 days.

Each DNP Pill is 250mg. So more like 180 of DNP and 70mg of antioxidants.

Day 1- Took 1 DNP pill. Felt nothing. Mild hot flashes

Day 2- Took 2 DNP pills. 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Got very hot at night during sleep.

Day 3- Took 2 DNP pills. 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Got very hot at night as usual. Nothing too crazy just minor sweats and feeling of being uncomfortable. AC cranking in the house.

Day 4- Scaled back to 1 pill. The reason I scaled back was not because the sides were not tolerable but I was under some pressure to finish some assignments for college and needed to focus on those and not be annoyed with being hot.

Day 5- Took 1 DNP pill. Hot at night.

Day 6,7,8- Kept it at 1 pill per day. Usually taken at night because the lethargic feeling kills my workouts.

Overall DNP makes you hold a lot of water. I was 190 when I started now under 180 when I weigh in the morning. I'm also holding a lot of water so I'm more around 175 after we wing the water out of my system. My advice take DNP serious and dont fool around. Be safe with this compound. Also there was no change to my diet nor have I done any cardio in a month. No muscle loss either as I am on Test and Deca as well.
 
I been debating on using dnp to knock off a few pounds during my cut cycle. I read to many conflicting things about carbs vs no carbs. I've read where no carbs can be bad as to many carbs.

Just eat a regular diet.. Don't pig out on garbage and don't starve yourself either..
 
The more carbs you eat the hotter you get. My diet at the current moment is 500 carbs one day then 230 the next day back and forth until 12 weeks out.
