DNP for accelerated fat loss?

Thoughts on DNP as a fat loss aid? I’ve only ever used clen, but found the cramps, even on taurine to be deadly.

I've used it with great results. @Eman is really knowledgeable about it. There's a sticky in the steroid section with a ton info as well. I'd imagine the dose for a female would be much lower than for a man. Always start very low to make sure you don't have a bad reaction

If you have any specific questions, I'm happy to answer them.

My thoughts: It is the most potent fat burning agent available. That does not come without risk. Use only the amount that you tolerate, don't increase the dosage quickly and don't pick an arbitrary goal dosage to get to - most people get themselves into trouble by doing this. Start low and increase based on tolerance.

100mg is likely a good starting point for you - it's also probably the lowest dosed caps you'll be able to find.

Thank you Eman for commenting. What are your thoughts on having DNP in the Arsenal for the last bit of stubborn fat? Normally I use clen, and have very little sides while on it. Just the cramps, but I find them to be debilitating.
DNP good for what I am trying to achieve with it, or am I possibly looking for another compound?

I'm going to assume by "stubborn fat" that you're already in great shape (below 15%bf). I'm also going to assume that you're not on any anabolics rights now.

I don't recommend DNP for those last few pounds. The water retention makes tracking complicated, the impact on things like the thyroid would be exacerbated, and you'd be pushing the anti-catabolic component to the limit. It simply isn't designed for stubborn fat loss IME.

Albuterol may be a better option if clen was too problematic. Not quite as strong, but also less sides. Women also happen to be more responsive to it than us dudes. That means a lower dose being required - 1-2mg 4x day.

19 weeks out from my comp. sitting around 18% currently. Just doing some research, in case I need a bit of a fat burn closer to the date (my thighs notoriously like to hold on to that last little bit) but I want to show case all my hard work!

DNP increases oxidation of fat but doesn't help in mobilization of fat stores. Beta2agonist/Yohimbine/Beta1 Blocker would probably more suited for it

DNP would work but it tends to be better at the start of a diet rather than the end to clear the stubborn fat.

When you're getting closer to the competition, I'd suggest a beta agonist like clen... But, if that doesn't really agree with you, ephedrine is my personal preference. I think an EC stack would fit better for what you're looking for, include 1-3 grams of L Tyrosine with the ephedrine and caffeine.

If you end up using the DNP, I'd really avoid using it too close to the competition.

Any fat burner that increases increases water retention will make it more difficult for you to show case your hard work :)

Water retention tends to be a bigger problem for your girls vs us guys as it is (you don't need me to explain the side effects of the menstrual cycle to you). I wouldn't want to make tracking even more difficult with DNP, or something like Yohimbe HCL - commonly recommended for stubborn fat but a pain when you need to track meticulously, like during prep. Albuterol, or EC stack, will allow you to ensure access to those fat stores. Add some caffeine and fasted cardio into the mix to bump up the blood flow. Then it's just a case of being patient, which shouldn't be an issue for you since 18% 19 weeks out is a good place to be.

Thank you everyone for the advice! I’ll likely stick to a lower dosage of clen, if I feel it’s needed. Anyone have thoughts on Helios? Helios (40mg caffeine, 2.5mg albuterol, 2,5mg yohimbine.

When you need to tailor the compounds to the individual, stacks are problematic. With Helios, the caffeine dose is too low. You want to, slowly, work your way up to 3mg/kg for optimality. For albuterol, it's fine but since albuterol needs to taken 4xday...For yohimbine, again, dose is too low. You want to, slowly, work your way up to 0.2mg/kg. Preferably fasted (insulin makes yohimbine totally pointless).

Maybe consider buying the caffeine & albuterol separately and adding some Tyrosine into the mix at 1-3g. That's a pretty damn good combo to mobilize those stubborn fat stores if you keep insulin low and add some activity (LISS cardio) into mix. JMO, my 2c, etc, etc.

I use DNP two ways:
-at the start of the diet to get rid of some fat before starting my prep if I’m a little behind for about a week or 2 and then let the diet do the rest

-at the end to get rid of as much fat as possible 4 weeks out for another week or 2

Remember DNP although is a great drug; it will leave you fatigue and tired not wanting to do shit but sit on your ass.
