Hello, and welcome. This is my first time using chemical assistance in cutting (or for other things) so I decided to log my experience here.
I plan on doing 15 days on, 10-15 days off until I reach my goal. I'm an athlete so I won't be aiming for a specific BF% but a rather a weightclass. I'm currently at 111,2 kg and aim to be under 100 kg before December.
I'll start off doing 200mg for 7 days to gauge my resistance to the drug and to see whether my stuff is underdosed (which seems to be very commong among DNP sources) or not. The remaining 8 days I'll run on either 200 or 400mg depending on how I react to the stuff.
Diet will be almost isocaloric. I usually cut using keto, but since a conventional diet is recommended for DNP I'll be following one. I try to hit p40/c30/f30 macros. I did carb-deplete three days before I took my 1st dose today though.
Supplements I'll be using are the usual suspects (multi, fish oil, zinc, etc.) + CLA. The CLA was given to me so I might as well try it. My DNP caps have 200 mg Vitamin C and 200 mg Silymarin as well. I've also doubled my veg consumption and added fruit to my diet for the first time in years.
I won't be running a EC stack alongside DNP since my guy can't get his hands on it right now. Maybe in the future?
Training is twice a week: short sessions, heavy weight and nothing is done without a spotter. I won't be doing cardio as my teams season is already over and practice is mandatory until December (I play rugby as my secondary sport).
As I said, I'm aiming for a weight-class, so my main method of tracking progress is the scale. I'll be taking measurements as well. I'm thinking of hopping on the scale every 5 days. The main reason I take some off-days after 15 days on is to see if I've reached my goal or not. DNP is notorius for making you hold water..
