This will be my 2nd cycle with DNP. I'm using 250mg caps of crystal DNP and I'm planning a 14-21 day cycle depending on how much I hate my life the next few weeks.

I popped the first pill yesterday and didn't notice anything. Today was day 2 and I felt a little bit hotter at work. I work outside and it was 11 degrees so it was nice to be a little warm. I'm taking the caps everyday at 6am before the gym.

I recently got a small procedure done on my elbow back in December for Ulnar Nerve Entrapment so I'm not lifting heavy at all. Just doing light cardio and weights till good to go.

Stats:
26 years old
6'
221lb as of today. Didn't weight myself yesterday. Hopefully I'll have some pics up tomorrow when I get on my laptop. Thanks for following!

250mg all throughout or upping to 2x a day? Good thing it's so damn cold eh
 
250mg for 4 days then 500mg for 10 days. If I do the additional ill probably drop it to 250mg.
 
How lean are you to start? If you don't already, might be a good idea to grab some ephedrine for energy and appetite if the cravings were bad the first time around, depending on how strict you're shoot for

Yes safety is my number why concern. I don't have plans to go past 500mg either. I wouldn't say I'm lean, I put on some weight because of the surgery and couldn't work out.

Day 3:

Well last night I had a protein shake for dinner to keep my stomach relatively empty. This morning I was 218 so I'm going to judge my loss by that number.

I defiantly noticed an increase in heat today. I was sweating a bit more during my back workout today. As I said numerous times, it's fucking freezing outside. I didn't even put the heat on in my car. I was nice and toasty ;).

Well here's a before pic to compare, I'll try to update every day.

Sorry that's just funny to me, I wonder how people react if you're in one of the frozen states
 
I've been floating around 98 degrees. It's hard to explain how I feel tho, I guess it's kind of like wearing a winter jacket in a 80 degree room. I'm not profusely sweating but it's just a slightly uncomfortable feeling. My biggest concern is staying hydrated. Every time I wake up to piss I'm usually thirsty so I keep a 16oz cup in the bathroom and just slug water every time I pee.
 
Yeah I got those low calorie Gatorade packets. I try to drink V-8 but I just cant stomach it. Taste like salty shit.
 
Day 4:

Kinda felt the same as yesterday. Had no carbs really besides Kashi for breakfast and fruit. I can say I really feel the heat more at night though (probably because I sleep in boxers and clothing will have no impact).

Tomorrow is day 5 and ill be starting 500mg. 250mg at 6am and 250mg at 6pm.
 
nice, i started my dnp cycle on the 19th, just 250mgs don't plan to go higher, enjoy the weightloss and hopefully you bust inside else you're girl gonna be asking why your jizz is yellow lol
