DNP: Not just another Log

After doing about 7 'cycles' I have found what works for me, what I can handle, long and short term. The first few times I used it I got it local at a gym. Without knowing dosage to a 'T' but I trusted the guy as he was a sparring partner.

When I got it again I did long, short, midlength, strict diet, loose diet, ect. This is my most recent run of it, of which I decided to try something crazy...

After a large fight I binge ate after cutting below my weight than needing to build up to it, the body manipulation left me eating cardboard for the most part. Going into this cycle I wanted to try a pre-load of sorts. My tolerence is high, I have done 800 once midway through a two week cycle.
I started at 213.5

Day one: 600.
Day two: 800.

This was my pre-load. I was still on my strict diet, looking to see it this was a miracle pill or it was hype. I thought it was hype until this point.

Diet was 1200 cals A day.

Day three: 1000 mg.

Highest planned day. I felt fine. I was hot, felt like I had the flu, but was perfectly fine. I wish I would have eaten more, but, it worked. Water was 6 litres a day at this point.

Day four: 600 mg.

DNP sides were lost the ability to use the bathroom. Dispite fiber and/or water. Which has occured before, but upped both just in case. Weight at this point: 200.3.

Day 5: 200 mg.

I was feeling fine, but, wanted to re-stabilize. Heat was becoming a bit much during some work outs, even in winter.

Day 6: I weighed in (AM) at 197.5. Unable to use the bathroom still. I took 400.

Day 7: I did 400 mgs. I did not weigh myself. I can tell water retention is high, but I have composition changes, which I never had before. Bloating in stomach from not using the bathroom and water is easily a couple lbs.

Total 'Fat' loss after 7 days 'System Shock' cycle: 15 + lbs.

Day six and seven (Seven especially) I ate a LOT. Due to this, I should have lost more.

Why did I do this? Well, I never took more than I could handle, and I took my temp a few times a day. I only got too hot when I took a whole gram, but I could have taken more. I played it safe and cycled down a bit to compensate that this was gutsy and most dont have my tollerence.

What does this mean for the normal user? Besides using just what you can handle, I keep finding all these 'bro guides' to be off. You dont need a lot of extra supps. I drink a lot of water, use will power, and watch my temp and base what I use on what I can handle. If you want this lb a day fat loss, you need to work it out via math. in and out. 11% per 100 mg, taking 1 gram, is 110% increase. On 1200 a day I can burn a lb of body on my own, so was able to blow past that on DNP.

I did it as a test to be honest. I did not plan to go that high honestly, but wanted to pre-load. Then figured, I would start earlier the next day and go up as I could handle, stopping before I get/got above hot.

And yes, the results help. ^.^

If you were at a very low body fat %, this would finish you off.

im not seeing how at 200 lbs a day you could eat only 1200 cal a day and not burn muscle??? is that your intake after you calculate the increase in metabolism?? for example: if your maint. cal is 3000 and you eat 3000 a day... then you fig that 50% increase metab. per dnp, you would actually be only using 1500 cal per day.. cuz if you increase you metabolism too much and eat too few calories you would still lose muscle.. i think people are over estimating the fat loss..you cant change the physiologic/anatomic laws applied towards thermodynamics.... chronic vs. acute metabolic rate still elicits the same mechanism for fat loss.. 2 or 3 lbs should be max safe fat loss per week..maybe in most extreme cases 5 or 6 fat lbs a week... anything more then this is water and muscle.. dnp just lets you take in more calories per day..you still need base line fat loss calculated calorie deficit..

No, its straight up 1200. I do MMA. Its body manipulation. I list very heavy and most of my calories are from Protien, so, I dont lose much over-all.

but you cant maintain muscle if you go below 1000cal deficit on maint. calories... for example..if you need 3000 calories to maintain bm..and you go into a 1000 calorie deficit... then you will lose 2 lbs a week.... you can fig. dnp (at a 50% metabolic increase) would let you eat 3500 calories a day and still lose 2 lbs a week based on the above info.... dnp wont let you change the laws of thermodynamics in physiology and anatomy... it makes it more efficient for youre cause by all means..

from what youre saying, you only would take in 1200 calories a day and plus a gram of dnp?? wow.. youre body would start shutting down and you would go into shock...

i dont buy your estimate at all..

this isnt to say you didnt lose alot of weight and get in fighting shape..im jst saying your calculations are very unbelievable..

good job on your results thought..i hope to get results like that once i get my supply.

( on a side note...ive known fighters to use some pretty extreme measures that would defy belief on how they were able to maintain muscle and lose so much fat...i think strong mental ability stemming from your motivation of fighting helps)

good results and congratulations on still being alive. im not sure dnp is something I would ever do as a "trial run". Lots of people have done less, and arn't here to day to tell us about it. Very effective for weight mgnt. but that bitch can kill you quick

Who all are you referring to? Last time I checked, I don't remember very many documented deaths as a result of dnp usage..

My 'estimates' as you call them are my food weighed pre-cooking meat and veggies. I eat like a body builder pre-fight, and its the diet I lose weight on all of the time. I maintain at about 2750 without all my work outs. I have been doing this a long time.

Although I will say this, I did put on about 3 lbs the next day, off the diet and DNP. My bloating went away but I got a little back in my gut. I think its because of how I ran it, shocking my system and such.

I have lost this much in the past for a fight, and I have seen fighters lose it in two days. But they are dehydrated and have their body full of junk food which gives them bad preformance. DNP is used as apart of my normal manipulation, but I cut the time in half and dont lose preformance, beyond the lethargy of DNP, which I get out of in a few days.

This is all 'bro science' though. But so are the other guides and logs. I just dont like taking DNP and forcing down another dozen supps, or running moderate DNP for months, or doing one of these infernno cycles, which is the most you can handle. I just set out to show you get out of it what you put in. And the lb a day is possible put you need to cut that much.

I have heard of no deaths from it, and I only used DNP in such a manor after I used it many times before, knowing what I was getting into.
