Dnp problem please help

Hi there this is my second run of dnp i dont know why this happens but after i finish using dnp i gain all the weight back its been 11 days so far and i have put on about 8 pounds and during the cycle which was 2 weeks long at 400mg ed crystal dnp i lose a total of 12 pounds and now my belly is getting bigger im sure it isnt water retention or is it i just am very worried because i m preparing myself for a photoshoot i need to be lean bu august under any circumstances also i did dnp only with mil thistle and some vitamins i didnt use anythign else no juice no t3 no eca no clen no no nothing can u please tell me whats wrong and why this is happening my friend does dnp and he never puts the weight back on and he did it the exact same way as me we started at the same time and finished at the same time and we hit the same dose whats up ???? please if u could help me out or tell me is there something im doing wrong and yes after the cycle first 3-4 days i aint a nice anmount of clean carbs to get my thyroid levels back to normal but still it didnt help i drank about a gallon of water daily but still im gaining the weight back whats up witht his rebound effects please help me out thanks.
 
2 weeks at only 400mg isnt much unless you just couldnt handle the sides, you should have lost more then 12 lbs in two weeks, your dose must be pretty low.

Glycogen in the body that is stored after DNP use holds water, you should clean up your diet, forget carbs, why do you feel you need to allot?

YOU CANNOT GAIN WEIGHT THAT YOU DONT EAT, DO DNP, CLEAN UP YOUR DIET, STAY CLEAN OR STAY FAT.

Ultimately it all boils down to this. A couple other ways of saying the same thing:

If you eat it, you either have to burn it (during physical activity) or you will store it (as fat).
Don't eat more than you're capable of burning, and you won't have anything to store.
If you don't want to store it, don't eat it.
 
i dont know in the end look i lost some weight the waist 32inch jeans were dropping off me now its tight again whats up with that i am eating very less and im still gaining is this water or fat ?????
 
I would expect your weight to drop on keto - low carb = decreased water volume in your glycogen stores. I usually drop/grain 7-10 pounds playing around with carbs on a low carb diet.

Are you counting your calories with your keto diet, and if so, how much are you eating a day? How's your sodium intake? I ate an insane amount of sodium doing keto.
 
also i was eating less than 1500 calories per day

I'm sorry if you posted this somewhere else, but what are your stats? I'm a girl, 5'7" and compete around 150 lb - I cut on 1750 cals. 1500 cals is pushing it to where I can't function very well and start to lose muscle mass. If you're a guy and any bigger than I am, IMO you're starving yourself. There's a limit to how low you can go in your total cals and still get results other than starvation followed by slowed down metabolism while your body tries to respond to what it may interpret as a drought scenario.

I see you just started a keto diet. What are your total cals and macronutrient (fats, protein, carbs) split?
