DNP question

What's up?!

I have a question or two, I have done some research and can't seem to find the soloution.

1. I have recently started a cycle of DNP, did 3 days on 250mg, was coping fine so went for 500, starting to struggle sleeping so I am leaving the dose there. I was hoping one cycle would be enough, I don't think it is at this point, so my first question is, when I start my next cycle can I start it at 500mg? Or do I need to go through the motions again?

2. Is 8 days between 2, 2 week cycles sufficient?

On a side note really enjoying my time on it, in the past 6 days my body fat has gone from 15.7%, to 13.2%! A loss of what I calculate to be 5lbs, so working a treat. I am hoping I can get to well below 10 on this cycle, but I don't think I will be as ripped as I would like, therefore asking about the second.

Thanks in advance.

Read this first: http://muscle-team.net/dnp.html (14-Day DNP inferno cycle)
I'm hoping that you take all the required supplements with DNP, if not you are in great trouble.

Other than that you can start at 500mg yes, since starting low is just to check if you are allergic. I like DNP but make no mistake, it's easy to fry your brain on it if you are stupid. Please be careful.

Thanks a lot, haven't read that article so cheers for that too.

Finished my first bout 4 days ago. God feel so much better. Most uncomfortable few days of my life. No unexpected issues at all. Ye my supplement regime was pretty good. Multivitimins, extra c d and e, magnesium, calcium, zinc, taurine, electrolyte supplements and tonnes of other stuff I always take anyway.

Ye I suspected that and read a lot of things that suggested that, but never found anything that said conclusively that it is ok to start at a higher dose. I wanted to check to be sure.

Haven't got any final stats yet, waiting for glycogen to normalise so I get a better idea, my calipers told me I was 11.5% (I think a little low) so total fat loss of 5.2% which is about 10-11lbs. Seems about right, pretty chuffed.

That's awesome man

Started 4 days ago. Crivens, really a feeling I don't miss!

Hard at work to explain why I am walking around with just a polo on and sweating my tits off (literally and figuratively), when everyone else had a jumper and a fleece on and still cold!

Doing it with ephedrine this time around, last cycle I gave into my carb cravings more frequently than I would like. So hopefully, I will shed off these last few lbs!

Since this has turned into sort of a log, I'll post an update.

Bad news, 2 days ago, I got mad hive on my wrists. I have never had an allergic reaction before so I had no idea what they were, after some online research I narrowed it down to either anthrax poisoning, or contact dermititus. Since this isn't 1950, and I am not a world leader. I ruled out anthrax. Slapped in some benadryl and it faded. Panic over.

I then wrote down what I did the hour previous. Ate, touched and drank. Fast forward 24 hours, the same again but worse. Chucked down some more benadryl, and wrote what I did the previous hour. The only this in common were washing up and putting a clothes wash on. I rubbed some washing up liquid on my wrists, nothing. Rubbed some of my wash powder on my wrists, nothing. That left DNP. Damn.

So I have stopped it. Will do for a month or so, then try again. I read that if you leave such a small period between cycles this can happen. The allergens remain for much longer than the drug, and doing so much for so long they can build up to a point of a reaction.

Ironically, my haste has cost me far more time. :(
