DNP Question

Hi guys.

I have done several cycles of DNP in the past, about to start another, and have a question on diet.

I have tried 2 different diets on DNP and I can't get the results I am happy with. One time I did isometric (33% 33% 33%) And another high carb and protien. Both around 2000-2500 Kcal per day.

For this cycle I would like to get optimum results. So I was thinking of doing very low calorie keto. Around 800kcal. Most recommendations for diet are what I mentioned above. But I can't see why this isn't better. The way I understand it, the process of making ATP is made very inefficient, around half of calories are wasted as heat. So say my BMR off DNP is 2000kcal, DNP makes my BMR 4000Kcal? As I use twice the energy for the same thing. So eating only 800kcal would make a 3200kcal deficit per day? As opposed to eating 2500kcal and only getting a 1500kcal deficit.

I am not worried about losing muscle, even though it shouldn't be to much of an issue. I would rather be 8% in 2 weeks, than 10% with unoticeably more muscle mass.

Thanks.
