DNP raw to Homebrew to liquid

Can i homebrew Dnp raw dissolving it, with water and drinking it (or does it needs a special liquid, in that case which liquids do you recommend? can it be ethyloleate to drink ?). My point is taking DNP as oral liquid.

while capping dnp, do i need to add any liquid (?), or "solid raw" is enuff (?)

Why to add liquid?
If there is any liquid the gelatin capsule would strat to melt.
