DNP side effect scale...... help

OK guys, I will be starting DNP in about a week or two, I just need to get some info so that I can do this and still go to work and be able to function.

Now its obvious to me that as the dosage goes up so do sides.
So please list your dosage then fill out this scale for me on a 1 to 10 basis.

Sweating after carbs -
Lethargy after having fruit -
Lethargy when using clen -

Im gonna do a 7 day cycle, then at the end of my AAS cycle im gonna do another 10 day cycle.

400mg/ day
Sweating-10
Lethargy-5
SOB-4
Insomnia-2 (keep it cold and take benydril)
Sweating after carbs-11
I felt that lethargy was reduced with the clen and fruit consumption
also make sure you drink V8 everyday, that actually seemed to make me feel better
I did 400mg/day for 14 days and at the end it was kicking my butt. I work 12's and that was not easy
results were great though
 
I am going through a 12 day cycle with the 1st (8) days being 200mg then the last (4) days at 400mg. On day 11 now and have lost about 17 lbs so far. Noticed a big difference in sweating at night/evening when I went from 200 to 400mg. This is most likely due to the fact that the second dose is being taken around 4pm or a little earlier.

I am using 100mcg of clen and 100mcg of T-3 ed also.
This is my first run with DNP and I am very pleased with the results so far.
I started on Sept 7th and ran 600 mg the first 5 dyas or so then alternated between 400-600 mg. Now, it is Spet 24th and I am dropping down to 200 mg. I feel like a new man after 1 day at 200 mg. Sweating and shortness of breath at 400-600 mg is a 8-9. At least in South Carolina. Taking Benedryl at night eliminated my insomnia. Sweating after carbs is a big 10. Never noticed a difference in fruits or oatmeal. Sweated my ass off with both. Didn't use clen, just 75 mcg of T3. Plan is to run 200 mg up until 3-4 days before a cruise which is on October 7th. I am telling you, if you can get used to 400 mg for a few days that makes 200 mg seem like nothing. Almost no sides at all, at least for me.

i only did one cycle with it and that was enough for me. i did 4 days at 200mg and 3 days at 400mg. i was sweating all the time even when on only 200mg, i had carb cravings when on 400mg which made me burn alot hotter. the worst feeling on 200mg was wheni was haing sex with my girl. i really got into it and when i fiished i was literally burning and exhausted. i was so hot that my glasses were getting foggy. my girl got really scared and i had to get in the shower and take a cold one for about 15 minutes till i cooled down. i was seriously hot, i think that the hottest i ever been. at 400mg i had to stop because it was just to much for me. i couldn't sleep, i was sweating like a madman, i was lethargic, and i just felt like crap. i had to call in sick that day. on a good note, i lost 7 pounds after all was said and done and my waist was down over and inch. good luck. lol

I have a desk job, and keep my area well ventilated with a few fans. The most irritating sides i experienced were having both eyes totally bloodshot and dry as hell . All the visine in the world couldnt keep em wet. I suspect this was mostly due to my trying to keep my sweating to a 7 with all these fans blowing in my face. I noticed as much as anything with my doses, that i had to stay on top of t3 to keep away the lethargy. I wasnt lethargic, i just wasnt motivated to move from the comfortable room i lived in when i was at home . I woke up so f'ing thirsty about 3 times per night though that i began keeping a 1 gallon jug of water and glycerine next to my bed when i slept. I have ran 5 cycles in preparation for my next show altogether, and can endorse its responsible use to about anyone. This stuff is amazing, and the sides at moderate doses are very manageable.
 
400mg for 10-14 days; have tried it at 600mg a day- that was fucking hell for me, sides were starting to kick my ass.......
sweating- 8
sweating after carbs- 10+
lethargy- 4-5 only felt this really at 600mg day
shortness of breath- 5, got really bad at 600mg probly an 8
carb cravings- 10, my cravings get fuckin out of control
