I used to be a member on here a while back but it wouldnt let me log in with my old handle(mmafighter) so i had to make a new one.

About to do a DNP run myself so just wanting to hear the results of some of you guys.

Thanks,

Im assuming not since I can't figure out what TSC is? Im on so many forums I can't even keep track anymore. I only frequent a few everday.

haha cool. o well. there is someone with that username on that board. IDK if I can say more than the abbreviation on here tho. Anyway, Im finishing my DNP cycle wednesday or thursday. I will post pictures a few days after that and let them do the talking.

My diet has been decent, but far from perfect. My plan was to run it at 400mg until I reached my goal, but I soon hit 600mg and am now at 800mg. You do build a slight tolerance over time as well as the fact that I probably tolerate DNP well already. Will run it for 1 1/2 more weeks, take a week off, then start my bulking cycle.

I lost about 40lbs from off and on DNP use, but then gained it back, which taught me the most important lesson of all. You cant just change your diet for a little bit and take DNP and lose a bunch of weight and be done, getting and staying lean takes a commitment to change your fatman lifestyle. I have lost close to 40lbs WITHOUT DNP this time, and now its time to give it another go to help get me to where I need to be a little quicker than June 15 (which is my expected completion for my cut.

Most of the time I ran at 500mg every day for about 2-3 weeks and always lost somewhere from 10-20lbs.

Help. My husband pttherapiat passed away. Be was doi g dnp. Not sure how much or exactly what else but he drowned in pool and was good swimmer. Was it heat intolerance or a bad combo with something else. Autopsy only sId drowned so far

DNP can cause extreme fatigue which is why few can do cardio on a hard cycle. I'm sorry for you loss, the shortness of breath from the dnp and extreme fatigue may have quickly exhausted him.

He was in a pool and drowned. Still waiting for all tox reports. I don't really know how to use this site but I know he lived on it. Dr's were notified but don't think they had a clue. He was resuscitated but died in ER , unresponsive whole time. I didn't getbto say goodbye
