DNP vs clen for pro athlete

okay i play a professional sport, obv not going to tell you what sport to hide my identity but it involves running lol
dont have crazy trainers like in the NFL or other sports for a good source of info, so im here looking for good solid info
i recently sprained my ankle so bad i cant run, swimming is even bothersome to my ankle. in the off season i have gained weight from not running or even moving fast my diet has been okay but it wasnt enough to lose weight. (bulk dieting to gain mass) i was trying to gain some weight upstairs hoping by now my ankle would be healed to start cutting but its not!!
i was considering losing some pounds while having low cardio with DNP or clen

i was thinking clen, but my stomach reacts harshly to jitters while on caffeine, when i do cardio i throw up from high heart rate, idk why, i realize i sounds like a pussy i know but...so clen might not be a good option
i also considered DNP, but the risk of dieing and all that jazz has got me worried since no one recommends running it. and the part about radiating heat doesnt tickle my fancy but if it is easy to deal with im okay with it.
ive done cycles in the past sust 250 at 500 per week then later on down the road a cycle with tren 45 ED and sust

so what should i use?

ehhh, playing a sport and bodybuilding dieting/training are two very different things so its hard to give a recommendation. DNP and clen are night and day in terms of results if you had the same diet.

DNP sides vary on the dose, but 200mg will give you very little,,, and a typical 2500 calorie metabolism would yield almost a 1.5 lb fat loss a week with that dose and calorie intake per day. thats pretty much it... it depends on how long you need to diet, what diet and calorie intake you plan on using.

I mean I am a huge fan of DNP but with anything you must do your research. Noone here is gonna make your mind up for you. Sounds like before you start doing anything you need to just heal up and adjust your diet

one problemo...season starts soon man...i wont be in shape if i do heal...diets not gunna make it in time for first team practice or camp...ankles about 80%...full sprint or a decent push off sprains it again

need to drop some poundage and hope to be healed in time
ive done research on clen n dnp for months...just need a novice opinion of how bad is the hot feeling of dnp
and how bad are jitters on clen

I would think DNP would be best since clen can apparently do a number on your heart long term. It may be dangerous with the demands of your job.

I really think the risks of DNP are overrated. Just stay really hydrated, and keep your body up on electrolytes/taurine for cramps.

DNP sides suck, that much is for sure. But in this weather, you could just turn down the heat and negate most of them. At 200mg a week it'll be hardly noticeable.

I love the madness that DNP stirrs up!! First off; I took DNP instead of clen when I was coming off of 4 mo laid up due to 2 blown disk in my back. 2nd; DNP is great, and this is fact, when taken with a sensible diet and light to moderate cardio. I will say this, 200mg a day for 20 days does a great job and is mild. 500-600 is pretty extreme. Just keep in mind its your choice, and i think DNP will give you what you want in terms of weight loss. Just stick with the Powder instesd of the Crystalized stuff....Powder was alot better and sides were not as extreme.
