Iv done it before as a low dose during the start of a bulk then i also tried the short 4 day inferno. IMO its great if you want to keep looking great during a bulk but i wouldnt do it again, I dont care if im gaining a bit of fat anymore, those days that i didnt do a hard work out in the gym i felt where days i was wasting precious time on cycle. It really bugs me to not work out on cycle, on my days off i at least do some swimming. As DNP doesnt allow glycogen storage, i find that since i stopped the DNP, carbs and protein work grain for massive gains. Id opt for DNP after cycle to shred up and show what iv been working on for the past few weeks.
