DNP while working

Hello all

I'm a new member here. In about two weeks I'm going to do my first run for DNP, I have been researching for 6 months and I believe I'm ready for it. I'll post my log here when I start

However, the only question that I didn't find answer for is: how does it affect your job. I work on a desk for 8 hours a day Monday-Friday.

My only worry is sweating a lot during work so I was planning to take days off when the sweating peaks. So my plan would be like this
Sunday - 200mg
Monday - 200mg
Tuesday - 200mg
Wednesday - 400mg
Thursday - 400mg, take day off
Friday - 400mg, take day off
Saturday - 400mg
Sunday - 400 mg

I'm also thinking of buying this ice vest and wear it under my shirt

I'm also planing to take EC for lethargy

Based on your experience, do you think this will work or do you have other ideas ?

I also found this

I think it would be useful on my desk

A desk job with a fan is fine. I do manual labor and coach boxing, so its an issue for me. 200 is fine, 400 can be iffy. anything above for me is where I get into trouble.

EC makes me hotter. Avoid carbs when working to reduce over-heating.

You should be fine. Drink a lot of water to stay cool while at your desk..
