Ive heard that women tolerate DNP rather well... but I do not recomend they take it... Mostly because we dont know as of yet if the mitocondria in their eggs are miotic... the problem here is that since DNP effects the mitocondria in all cells in your body (causing it to run at like 150% what its normaly running at) we dont know if this will cause the mitocondria in women to break down.. and if it does break down... then we dont know if it will be replaced in mitosis... since women are born with a set number of eggs they could permenently ruin their chances of fertility or having a normal baby by taking DNP. Men can take dnp cuz we replace our sperm every day. hope that helps

I'd read -H-'s post in the anabolic forum sticky "how not to fuck up DNP" , the exact same thing applies to women ,with the exception of the eggs and fetrility thing thats been addressed a million times. I would never recommend to a women they use DNP if they were ever able to and planning to have children . never ever...

I have taken DNp BUT I am fixed and have two beautiful boys I never plan on having anymore children later in life.I went up to 400 a day .I took a seven days cycle just to test it out.To tell the truth other than lethargy and sweating like crazy I was fine Until I came off Four days after I was off i had an allergic reaction and broke out in hives.Now the only other thing that could have caused the reaction was a chemical on a new dress that was bieng tried on.I not normallt allergic to anything but it doesnt make sense that the DNP would have caused it after bieng off for four days

actualy it does make a bit of sense... I found that if I tanned while on dnp I broke out in hives... also If i didnt take 100mg benadryl every single night I break out in hives... so in the future I would recomend takeing 100mg benadryl every night (starting the day before you go on and ending about 5 days after you go off)

Dnp has quite a long halflife.. I forget how long exactly but it has either a life of 36 hours of a halflife of that long... so anywhere from 1.5 days to 3 days after..... so that could be a possibility. I swear this must be the first female on this board who has taken DNP... congrat to that! ;-)

Could you allude to how much you lost? and where you lost it.. if you know..mostly to give us an idea of how DNP works with women. Thanks

I lost roughly ten pounds.Mainly in my abdominal and hips.Next run of it I will do a more documented cycle.One thing I will never do again is try it in the spring/summer time.This is a winter thing christ I was hot.And thank you forthe benedryl tip will do next time as it seems I may be a bit allergic to it.I have read on some of the info that the allergy actually lessens every run ya do.any info or comments on that.

I totally agree with you (weird isn't it). There is alot of talk that women should not use DNP and it's probably wright if a woman plans to have children, but if a woman is "fixed" than I've never heard of any problems. Same things as men...sweating, some allrergies and fat loss (thats a good one).
Heretic could probaly shed more "in depth light" on the subject.
