From what I've read , mostly everyone is doing the same thing. 200mg for 3days and then 400mg's slip in two for the next 5 to 7 days.
I have another friend that started 4days ago, today is his first day at 400mg's , just waiting for him to call me to let me know how it's going. Seen him at work lastnight but wasnt able to really talk. I did ask him how he was feeling and he said hot.
JMO, But I dont think there's really anything wrong with taking DNP as long as you do it right. It's just like everything else , theres a wrong way and a right way.
I even read that some people said that Clen and T3 could be more harmful , but that is just probably only there opinions.
Alot of people say it isnt safe because on what they read about the effects it had on women back in the 30's. They probably didnt even know what the hell they were doing. They were giving women 800mg's and more per day. Now do we know if they knew to drink alot of water and not stay on for wks at atime. No we dont , but I bet that is what they did. I'm sure they did everything wrong back then when it came to DNP.
Let me ask you guys something, Would you take 800mg's or more of DNP , lets say for wks? Hell no, we know better now. But maybe back then they didnt
