do I HAVE to wait this long?

I was wondering if I have to take the same length of recovery as I do my AAS cycle? My situation as of now is I took a 10 week cycle, and have been on my recovery for about 8 weeks or so. I am dying to start my next cycle, and was really wondering if starting tomorrow, or sometime soon, would really effect my body in a negative way? Any help appreciated. Thankyou

that is the safest way....TIME ON = TIME OFF.

have a nice day

I'm going to differ with the guys here, while time on = time off is a good rule of thumb, it is just that a rule of thumb.

8 weeks seems to me to be a pretty good period of time to be off. YOu arent going to mess yourself up by starting now. What I would be concerned about though is are you going to see any significant gains after such a short period of time off. I dont know, for me if I do back to back cycles I dont gain a whole lot on teh second cycle.

The Timeon Timeoff rule is a great rule to stay safe but unfortunately not many people do so. I try to go by the rule but its hard when you want to get big. If you can wait then just wait but seeing how anxious you are its going to be ok to start early. Just make sure you have the stuff to keep your liver, kidney in check and in good health.

the ONLY way you can know for sure if you're ready to start a new cycle is to do bloodwork. anything else is just guesswork. if you wanna mess with your boys and take that chance, go ahead. my preference tho is to play it safe and not rush into another cycle because you're impatient.

AGREED. Take the ultimate test and go get yourself checked out. If everything is alright then go for it. I dont know why I didnt say that anyways.

This is my opinion....10 weeks is not a real cycle...I consider a real cycle to be atleast 16 weeks to get the most gains out of your cycle...also depends on the type of gear you are using...example...most people dont see any results on equipoise until their 4th or 5th week....hell, at the end of your 10th week, you have finally gotten to a good strength and size level....why in the world would you want to end it now???? I'm sure you have noticed that your strength now sucks and you have lost some good size....I myself do not believe in playing yo yo with your strength and size...when your on, your up....30 days after being off your down....I have been hitting the gear since 1987....in my beginning days I thought the same thing....if your on 3 months, take 3 months off....I think 8 weeks is plenty for your body to kick back in....again, this is my OPINION....get your ass back on!!!!!

You are ready to go as soon as natty test is back to normal. The ultimate way to cycle is to get blood tests before cycling, get back to your natural levels post cycle.....then start a cycle over again. For some that may only be 5 weeks, for others it could be 5 months. Time on=Time off is just a guideline for those that do not get tested.
