Do these biomarkers matter if I plan on starting test?

Haven't started test yet, just GH
My eventual protocol will be GH, Test, and occasional other anabolics.
My Dr. referred me to an endocrinologist for a few out of range biomarkers.
If I plan on starting test as a PED, are these things worth discussing with an Endocrinologist?
Are they things I should correct before starting test?

48, 170 pounds

Total test: 623 ng/dl
DHEA 76 ug/dl - Low
DHT 11 ng/dl - Low
SHBG 57 nmol/L - High
Progesterone - 0.5 ng/ml Borderline High, right at the cutoff

male, female?

Blast away.
Your level of conversation with your endocrinologist is up to you, and how cool they are. If you're just shooting for TRT+ levels, they might be cool, they might not. Generally the higher you wanna go, the less likely they'll be cool with it.
Your other numbers are fine and will change post-T anyway, and they'll take a while to normalize to your target Test. I do labs every month, but just starting out you're not gonna have actionable data for at least 10-12 weeks. Aside from PSA, that is - if that skyrockets you may have a problem.

Same question as when I started this topic- just with new bloodwork and higher SHBG

.... Sooo why is my SHBG even higher now, and does it matter?

Since the last labs I posted here, I started HGH and HCG. Those labs were drawn July 28th.

I wasn't ready to start Test yet, had some medical things I wanted to get checked first.

I used HGC for a month. I was curious how I would respond to it, and to see how much of my estradiol budget it would eat up.

HGH slowly ramped up to 4iu each night
HCG 250iu EOD

My new IGF is 330 was135
Estradiol 29 was 26
SHBG is now 68 was 57
Total Test 584 was 623
Test Bioavailable 83.2 - first time tested
Free Test 42 - first time tested
Didn't re-test DHT, but it was 11 on my last test.

WTF is up with my shbg. I'm feeling pretty shitty. Is that a factor?

Did it go up because of the HCG. Will it go up more with Test? .... again, will it matter?

Lots of things can cause it. Lack of sleep, long term nicotine use (though initially it will mask it), fasting or eating way below RMR, type of diet...could be the hcg but hard to say.

You'll get varying answers, but for me it did matter. I started TRT to manage my SHBG. My T was fine for my age (although fluctuating) but my SHBG was off the fucking charts high and making me feel like absolute garbage all the time. It was really the only outlier. A few weeks on consistent levels of T and my SHBG normalized. This was a long time ago and I've blasted since then, so I've had a few related issues to micromanage, but SHBG hasn't been one of them.

tl;dr yes high SHBG can make you feel bad.

this

Thank you

I've been 1,000 calories below maintenance for a few months. Trying to loose little bits of fat before starting test. Trying to shake the little pudge pockets on the back of my waist and dice up my tiddies. Maybe this should be my last week of that.
