Do you agree w/ this? Strength Standards

I would say they are semi accurate, but I think everything in the advanced columns should be considered intermediate. Everything should be shifted down a column, with new "elite" weights set. I say this because I weigh 190 lbs(15% bf) and fit into every advanced column for 198. I think this is inaccurate because I personally consider myself an intermediate, far from "experienced." I wonder what the typical body composition they had in mind when they listed the body weights. If I was around 8% bf, that would put me at 175, and I think the numbers would be completely inaccurate then. I'm curious as to what others think as well.

I agree, because I'm (in between avd and elite) on 2, and over elite on one but definitely don't concider my self elite in any lift. especially @ 46 yo.

Elite should mean top 1% so maybe it is true.
